buylottoUSA.com Enrollment Agreement

The following sets forth the terms and conditions relating to the arrangement between the Customer who is participating ("Customer") and (“buylottousa.com").

1. Eligibility. The Customer is either a corporation or a natural person over the age of 18 years and is not now nor has ever been an employee buylottoUSA.com of any US state lottery.

2. Ownership. Customer will own 100% of the tickets purchased for them by buylottoUSA.com courier service.

3. Taxes. Each party specifically agrees and acknowledges that it is responsible for the payment of its own taxes on income received from the ownership of tickets as well as filing any required forms with the United States Internal Revenue Service or the appropriate local authorities.

4. Termination of Agreement. In the case of death of Customer, any and all prize money due to the deceased Customer shall be paid to his or her estate. The Estate is responsible for all fees associated with federal state and local governments, or all fees beyond the control of buylottousa.com and its agents or employees.

5. Erroneous Information. In the event wrong information is sent to a Customer, a Customer shall not be entitled to any claim based on the receipt of erroneous information. Customer must immediately notify buylottousa.com upon receipt of erroneous information. Player hereby waives any claim against buylottousa.com for the failure to obtain the proper ticket.

6. Accepting this Arrangement. This Agreement will be effective upon the first date in which orders have been placed as provided in this confirmation and will continue until the earlier of the date on which buylottoUSA.com receives written notice from Customer to terminate the site enrollment or the last date for which services are to be purchased as provided by the Customers Official Confirmation.
